Vendor Setup

Friday, October 16, 2026
9:00 AM–12:30 PM

Vendor spaces will be assigned by event organizers. Please plan to have your booth completely set up and ready for attendees before the event opens at 1:00 PM.
 

Vendor Space & Pricing

• 10' × 10' Vendor Space: $125

• Additional 10' × 10' Space: $50

• Electricity Hook-Up: $25

• Additional Table: $25

Vendors are welcome to bring their own tables if preferred.

Each vendor registration includes:

• One 10' × 10' vendor space

• Two chairs

• Two vendor badges

Saturday, October 17, 2026
9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Please do not begin breaking down your booth before 5:00 PM on Saturday. We ask that all vendors remain set up and ready to serve attendees through the official close of the event.
